Hey guys, yesterday there came a cat for second opinion. 12years old male with a little wound on his nose. Since three month. The first vet used earmedication for 12 (!) weeks and oral amox/clav for 5 weeks sometimes it was little bit better, but the crusts came back. There is no puritus, pain or itching. Under the wound the skin is no bloody or very red
I found some coccy and a lot of this clustercells you can see at the pictures. I took the samples from under the crusts and from the skin directly. What do you think? Squamus cell carcinoma?
