Hi. A lizard fought with another one, and seems like his eye has been destroyed/torn out. Cant see any normal "eye tissue" left other than a soft tissue flap that protrudes out of the eye socket. Can be gently pushed into the eye socket again,but comes out quite quickly. Anyone who knows what messures best to be taken at this point? Conservative treatment or should i refer it for removal?
