Mille is 4,5 yr old, rescue. 1,5 year ago she got this lesion. Skin keep cracking, and seem thinner than the rest of the paws surface. Housed on fleece blankets. Dedicatet owner. No pain, but might bleed occationally. Pig puts normal weight on it. Used ut have very dry skin on paws when adopted, but better now. Tried bathing with epsom salt 5 min q2-3 pr week, and that resolved dryness. Gest better, but in cycles back with swelling and lesion from time to time. Weight 1003 g, diet spotless. Might be drinking a little excessive sometimes, but not constant.

Word of advice? Foreign body? Permanent damage just to be managed? And with what?

Melaleuca alternifolia oils might be toxic for gps and birds, so be careful. I’d suggest flammazine , 3 ml mixed with medical manuka honey 2 ml and add a pinch of organic turmeric (I autoclave this spice first in a glass vial). Mix the cream well. Apply with a clean q-tip BID x 14 days. Good luck!
