New grad vet here! 14 yo Maine come, occasional cough, normal-high range T4, slightly low K+, everything else wnl. Obvious gallop rhythm and tachycardia. 37.5 rectal temp. Started having seizures a few weeks ago was treated with thiamazole. Had 2 more in the space of 12 hours a few days ago so took chest X-ray. Would you agree that diuretics would be indicated? Didn’t take a DV to not stress the cat out further. Thanks in advance!
