Crop- lavage from regurgitating and sick budgie. I find plenty of moving  trichomonas. But what is all the oval nonmoving elements? Erytrocytes? I will make one with stain.

Look like erythrocytes. I’d give sucralfate at 25 mg/kg BID PO for a few days, one hour post other meds. METRONIDAZOLE at 20 mg/kg PO q 24 h x 3 days for the trichomoniads, re check after 10 days. Hygiene! Diet, etc. sadly this disease often is the tip of the iceberg regarding the general health of the bird. Keep us posted!
