Have you inspected the cheek pouches thoroughly? Sometimes there is impaction, infection, abscesses, and in my experience, even fermentation. They have a couple of glands in the lateral openings to the pouches that can become impacted and really fetid. Caries in the molars are not uncommon, but dental extraction of affected molars might be difficult.
I’d inspect his mouth, pouches, neck, etc under GA. Please tell us how it goes! |
