This is a pleural effusion from a 13 Y.O. with acute dyspnea. Low cellularity. SG was 1.030
The LA:Ao on FAST was normal. Pro-BNPs also normal.
I have these kind of cells. For me it looks like mesothelial cells but reactive mesothelial cells can be similar to neoplastic ones. I'm lost
Blood work was wnl
