Hello guys! Could anyone help me to identify these cells from an ear cytology? I have never seen them before.

Domestic American medium hair. 16 years old. Neuter
Presented for difficult breathing, lethargic and anorexia.
Temp: 99.8
Pulse: 136
Ears: AU hyperpigmentation and thick hyperkeratotic crust
Radiographs: mass on thorax, pleural effusion on right and left caudal lobes and hepatomegaly.
Blood work:
CBC: hematocrit slightly decreased (29.7 normal values 30.3 - 52.3%), retyculocytosis, neutrophilia and monocytosis.
CHEMISTRY: all values WNL
