Hello everyone, I would like to ask some opinions on the case and the ultrasound interpretation.

3 yo male fully indoor DSH cat with complaint of hematuria. Upon exam, bladder was not distended but obvious palpable kidney. BCS was 2/5

Just wasnt sure about the kidney finding, is the cortex enlarged? The kidney is within normal range ~4.3cm.
