Hello everyone, i would like to ask some opinion.

13 yo intact female mixed breed dog with good appetite and a complaint of tachypnea. elevated crea/urea, stage 3 iris staging sdma. Aside from hip dysplasia and mammary tumor anything to diagnose with these image?

That’s not even dysplasia anymore, it’s totally luxated. Sole osteophytes on the lumbar vertebrae. Severe interstitial pattern in the lungs, cardiac silhouette doesn’t look too bad though, and it doesn’t look like a nodular pattern… anyway, I wouldn’t perform surgery with these lungs and kidneys. Depending on other findings, you may try antibiotics and dewormer.
- bad lungs (cardiac? Infectious? Metastasis?)
- bad hip
- lumbar osteophytes
- mammary tumor
- bad kidneys
That’s a lot for an old lady…
