Any advice appreciated. 8yo+ female. Are skin masses like this usually nasty in bearded dragons? Did try fna but seemingly poorly exfoliative
There are a couple of smaller lumps om the lower eyelid, 1 lesion visible just under the eyelids too which looked a little like dermatitis like reaction when top easily knocked off?
Qu- surgical removal indicated? About to shed will this mass cause issues with shedding?
Thanks for any help. Roxy v healthy otherwise with no other lesions anywhere.

Hi, yes, some skin diseases in beardies are nasty. They can get anything from cutaneous neoplasia, dysecdisis lesions, bacterial dermatitis (from peer or prey bites) to fungal lesions. You should biopsy and send crusts for fungal culture. Especially if these lesions get bigger, do not resolve after normal shedding or the dragon starts loosing weight. Remember that reptiles are very stoic and will not show discomfort or pain until impossible to hide. Keep us posted, good luck
